The prosecutor declared their opinion at the 31st hearing of the Aziz İhsan Aktaş Organized Crime case.
Within the scope of the opinion, continued detention was sought for 7 out of 200 defendants, 11 of whom are in custody, while the release of 4 defendants was requested. The opinion was delivered regarding some of the defendants, including among them 6 municipal mayors who have been removed from office.
The court will deliver its decision on June 15.
