A woman in Gaziosmanpaşa lived with her deceased brother in the same apartment for one week

Police discovered him yesterday evening in an apartment on 6th Street in Gaziosmanpaşa's Şemsipaşa neighborhood; Azerbaijani national Rövşen Zeynalow lay motionless in his living room. Police, firefighters, and medical teams were dispatched to the address following a report by neighbors due to a foul odor emanating from the apartment.

Firefighters opened the door; medical personnel determined that Zeynalow had died. During an examination conducted in the apartment, his sister Metanet Zeynalow was found sleeping in the bedroom. It was determined that Metanet Zeynalow, who is reported to have psychological issues, had remained in the same apartment with her brother's body for approximately one week.

An investigation was launched into the incident, during which blood traces were also found in the apartment. According to information, the cause of Rövşen Zeynalow's death has not yet been determined; a forensic examination is ongoing. The time of Zeynalow's death is also among the focal points of the investigation.
