Sultan Sazlığı reopens to visitors following fires

Sultan Sazlığı National Park in Kayseri, designated as a 'strictly protected sensitive area,' has completed restoration work following fires that occurred last year.

Walking trails damaged in two fires at the park have been rebuilt and reopened for visitor use. Fire damage across the natural area has been cleared and recreational facilities restored to full operation.

Sultan Sazlığı is home to significant ecological assets of regional importance and is a key destination for ecotourism.
