U.S. Ready to Help Resolve Ukrainian Conflict

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the Trump administration is prepared to facilitate diplomatic resolution of the Russia-Ukraine conflict. According to him, the American side "is positioned" to provide assistance in negotiations.

Rubio's statement echoes positions previously articulated by the new administration regarding efforts to end the war.
