Ukraine submits list of approximately thousand individuals to Russia for prisoner exchange

Ukraine has officially submitted to Russia a list of approximately one thousand people intended to organize a prisoner exchange.

The list includes military personnel and civilians held by the Russian side. The move signals a resumption of humanitarian negotiations between the conflicting parties.

Prisoner exchanges remain one of the few areas where minimal cooperation is achieved between Kyiv and Moscow.
