Turkey's Interior Ministry announced the results of a wide-ranging security operation against organized fraud networks.
A total of 224 suspects were arrested across 24 provinces throughout Turkey. Investigations revealed that the groups defrauded thousands of citizens and seized 936 million and 581 thousand Turkish lira.
The operation came after authorities detected coordinated fraud patterns targeting individuals and families.
