Third hearing in Istanbul espionage case

Istanbul Mayor Ekrem Imamoglu, Merdan Yanardag, Nejati Ozkan, and Huseyin Gon appeared in court today for the third hearing in the espionage case.

The four defendants have completed presenting their defense, and today's hearing is expected to see the public prosecutor submit its requests regarding the continuation of their detention or their release. This case is considered of significant political importance in Turkey.
