Ministry of Education Launches Training Program for Education Administrators

The Ministry of National Education (MEB) will formally launch the "Education Institutions Administrator Training Program" on Saturday, May 16, which was designed to enhance the professional competencies of education institution administrators.

Under the program, school principals, assistant principals, and education institution administrators will undergo a systematic and structured training process, providing them with the opportunity to develop professionally. The Ministry emphasizes that this initiative will directly contribute to raising the quality of education across the country.

The training program aims to strengthen administrators' knowledge and capacity in current education policies, institutional management philosophy, and leadership skills. Through this approach, education institutions are expected to be managed more effectively and efficiently.

The program launched by MEB is regarded as part of comprehensive steps to promote professional development in the field of education administration in Turkey. The Ministry states that it plans for the program to reach a broader base of administrators as it progresses.
